Elise Shapiro has been an IT professional for over 13 years, with 8 years of project and program management experience.  She is a Certified Scrum Professional, and an experienced ScrumMaster and Product Owner. As a Technical Program Manager and ScrumMaster, she has guided product development, custom integrations, and infrastructure projects while leading transitions to agile methodologies including Scrum and eXtreme Programing.
